# ADAM Takedown Policy v1.0

**Effective date:** 2026-08-25

Archon Digital LLC may suspend an ADAM Asset or its delivery for a rights
challenge, discovered third-party material, a security issue, a legal
requirement, or another material release defect.

For a confirmed takedown affecting an entitlement, Archon will notify the buyer
through the support channel within seven days and will provide a cured
replacement or a refund if no cure ships within 30 days. For a valid third-party
rights claim, Archon may refund the affected order and identify the affected
material. If Archon reasonably concludes a claim is invalid, it may restore the
Asset and notify affected buyers.

During review, Archon may quarantine or revoke download access. Restoration is
an explicit, audited action and is never inferred from a browser return,
payment event, or withdrawal of a complaint. Archon preserves receipt, rights,
license, scan, delivery, and audit evidence needed to evaluate and resolve the
matter.

Send notices to `john@archondigital.xyz` with “ADAM takedown notice” in the
subject. Include contact information, the Asset and version, the basis of the
request, supporting evidence, and a good-faith statement that the information
is accurate. Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data.

The exact accepted license controls buyer remedies and continuing End Product
rights if this summary conflicts with it.
